The Master Plan
Anthem is a 422-acre master-planned community located along scenic FM 150 at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country in Kyle, Texas. The community is framed by an interconnected system of green belts and parks located along Mustang Branch which flows into Onion Creek.
At full build-out the neighborhoods of Anthem will contain approximately 1500 single-family homes, an Elementary School* and an Amenity Center. The master plan connects the neighborhoods with an extensive system of bike lanes and sidewalks. Over 30% of the property is bordered by permanently protected open space.
Phase One -
Phase One offers 60' homesites with new homes by Gehan Homes and Scott Felder Homes.
Get to the ‘Center’ of the action at Anthem. We’ve designed a central place for friends and family to gather and play. The Central Park Amenity Center is under construction and is planned to be completed by Fall 2022.
Phase IV will consist of 50' and 60' Homesites.
The Cottage Phase will consists of smaller homesites in a gated enclave with cottage homes.
Phase II / III will consist of 50' Homesites.
Future development by Landsea Homes.
Future School Site
New Elementary School is in the design stage with the Hays CISD. School to open by 2024 or 2025.
